We want you to be happy with Wasper. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

How It Works

• Timeframe: Request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Process: Email support@wasper.app with your purchase email or order number.
• Speed: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
• Method: Refunded to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy.

Cloud Transcription

If you cancel cloud transcription, your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. The 3-month free cloud period included with your purchase is non-refundable separately (it's part of the $29 license).

After a Refund

Upon refund, your license is deactivated. You should uninstall Wasper from your Mac. You're welcome to try again in the future — your refund history won't affect future purchases.

EU Consumer Rights

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this requirement. By downloading and using the software, you acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and that you may still request a refund within our 30-day period.
